Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays begin processing the next working day.
Standard UK delivery is complimentary, with estimated delivery of 11–20 business days. As our products are fulfilled internationally, delivery times include international processing and transit before your order reaches the UK. Moro Vanni currently ships exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags, dust bags and original packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@morovanni.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.
Items that have been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, or are missing original packaging where this prevents the item from being resold, may not be eligible for return. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@morovanni.com as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
