Processing Time

 All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — Free on orders over £250
• Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £6.99

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected European destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
